Total Distance: 24km (expected finishing times: 2 to 4 hours)
The Frost Centre Course was designed to strike a balance between fun & adventure. It would be ideal for entry-level multisporters or adventure racers, or for more experienced participants looking for a challenging 2 hour race. A clover-leaf layout is used, boasting one central transition area making for a very spectator friendly event.
Championship Course: 16km Trail Run – 14km Paddle & Portage – 50km Mountain Bike
Total Distance: 80km (expected finishing times: 6 to 12 hours)
The Championship course was designed for the experienced athlete, or outdoor enthusiast looking to test their limits on a marked course through the remote backcountry. Completing this course would be equally enduring as a 1/2 ironman event, but even more challenging due to the technical nature of the sports involved.
