Logs Rocks and Steel is an epic, point-to-point multisport race across the wild terrain of the Haliburton Highlands. Participants have two distances to choose from. The Championship Course, which consists of a 16k trail run, 14k paddle, and 50k mountain bike. Or, the Frost Centre Course, which consists of a 4k paddle, 15k mountain bike, and 5k trail run. Courses will be fully marked (except for the paddling legs, where minimal navigation skills are required). Both routes are jaw droppingly scenic, amazingly challenging and at the end of it all, absolutely rewarding!

The Championship Course will also serve as a qualifier for the Solo World Multisport Championships in New Zealand
